Hi everyone, I hope you are all safe and doing well despite this situation we are in. I wanted to pass along a great resource I came across today that might be helpful- a workbook created specifically to help people to address coronavirus anxiety by The Wellness Society. It’s a free resource that people are invited to share.
If you are having any anxiety, worry, fear, anger, or stress about Covid-19/coronavirus, please check it out. And if you have a history of difficulties with anxiety, or if you are presently struggling, I encourage you to reach out to a professional (psychologist, therapist, counselor, social worker, etc.).
Most if not all are currently offering telehealth visits, some at lower than usual rates- and most insurance companies are covering these, whereas they may not typically. Just don’t feel like you have to deal with this on your own!
