As an individual therapist, she enjoys working with adolescents and adults. Callie has experience working with clients impacted by depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. She is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life transitions, work-life balance, and relationships. She enjoys working with clients to build healthy coping skills, boundaries, self-esteem, effective communication habits, and stress tolerance while confronting self-destructive behaviors and challenging perspectives. Callie finds helping clients develop hopefulness, find joy, and recognize their resilience to be inspiring and fulfilling.
She takes a trauma-informed and client-centered approach while also integrating aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Psychodynamic Theory. Above all else, she focuses on maintaining an empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental approach and believes that the therapeutic relationship in itself is the foundation of effective therapy.
